Нельзя добавить два доступа на один номер телефона. Нет защиты от дурака - при изменении номера телефона на другой слетает аккаунт на старом, т.е. пользовательского учёта нет или он напрямую зависит от логина и пароля, а не наоборот

Логин – это уникальное имя пользователя, которое используется для входа в учётную запись. Важно отметить, что имя должно быть уникальным – в одной системе не должно быть второго такого же логина.
